Problem:

Agitation is excessive.

Solution:

Reduce pump agitation.

Circulation of aqueous ink is inadequate.

Solution:

Slightly increase sump circulation.

Problem:

Antifoam level is too low in aqueous ink.

Solution:

Add defoamer and/or adjust ink formulation.
